The Board is eager to work together with her for years to come.”
The move forward in leadership is also well received by the agency’s partners. Pam Hysong, Area Director for USDA Rural Development remarks that “USDA Rural Development and HAC have worked together since 1993 in their Self-Help Housing program. Over the years, I have seen Ms. McKay’s commitment and dedication to HAC’s mission of providing affordable housing in Henderson County. Her vast experience gained as a long-term member of the HAC team will translate into a seamless transition for the organization. I commend HAC’s Board of Directors for choosing this very capable local candidate for the job, as Noelle McKay understands the needs of the community.”
